1. Service Description

CardWallet.ai is an AI-powered trading card portfolio management platform. We help you scan, identify, price, and track your trading card collection.

2. User Accounts

You create an account using your email and password, managed through Supabase authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of all card photos and listing information you upload. By using the service, you grant CardWallet.ai a non-exclusive license to display your content on the platform (including public listings you choose to share).

4. AI-Generated Data

Price estimates and card identification provided by our AI are informational only. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy of AI-generated valuations. You should verify pricing independently before making buying or selling decisions.

5. Card Clash Game

Card Clash is free to play. Points earned have no monetary value. Any redemptions are promotional credits at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• List counterfeit or replica cards as authentic
• Create fraudulent listings or misrepresent card conditions
• Harass other users or abuse platform features
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the service

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Limitation of Liability

CardWallet.ai is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on AI-generated pricing data.
