User content: card photos, card details, and listing information you upload.

Local data: theme preference, Card Clash game scores, and session tokens stored in your browser's localStorage.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide the portfolio management service
• To display your public card listings to other users
• To run the Card Clash game and track scores
• To identify and price cards using AI

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — database hosting and user authentication
• Netlify — website hosting and deployment
• Claude API (Anthropic) — AI card scanning and identification. Card images you upload are sent to Anthropic for processing.

4. No Advertising

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not display third-party advertisements.

5. Cookies and localStorage

We use browser localStorage for:

• Theme preference (dark/light mode)
• Card Clash game scores and streaks
• Authentication session tokens

We do not use third-party tracking cookies or analytics services.

6. Data Retention

Your account data is kept until you request deletion. Public card listings remain visible while marked as public. You can make listings private or delete them at any time from your account.

7. Your Rights

You can delete your account and all associated data by contacting us at jay@24hour.design. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

8. Children

CardWallet.ai is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
